Dalia Dorta is a Civil Engineer with a MBA and over 25 years of marketing and strategic planning experience. Since moving to Boulder in 2009, she has volunteered in several initiatives focus on the Latino youth and Seniors. Dalia is currently is co-owner of Neocom Promo.

Back in her country, Venezuela, she was actively involved in the Fundación Claret, a Catholic organization that supports the education and well-being of indigenous groups, and youth in the suburban areas of Caracas.
